OLUWAKAYODE ADEYEMI

Oluwakayode was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1999 and has since represented clients in a broad range of legal matters. With over 25 years of cumulative legal experience in both Nigeria and the United Kingdom, he has developed extensive expertise in all aspects of property law, with a particular focus on property acquisitions and disposals. Oranmiyan Biobaku, Esq., is a seasoned legal practitioner with a solid background in litigation, corporate practice, and legal consultancy. He obtained his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) Degree from the then Ondo State University, Ado-Ekiti (OSUA)—now Ekiti State University (EKSU)—in 1997. Upon completion of his legal studies, he proceeded to the Nigerian Law School in May 1999 and was subsequently called to the Nigerian Bar in January 2001, earning the title of Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. Mr. Biobaku began his legal career with the prestigious law firm of Fani-Kayode & Sowemimo (SAN), where he completed his pupilage and gained invaluable mentorship in legal advocacy and litigation. In 2007, he joined Global Legal Consult as Head of Chambers, where he led a team of lawyers in handling diverse corporate and commercial legal matters. In 2008, following a professional engagement, he joined the firm of K.O. Tinubu & Co. as a Senior Associate, where he further honed his skills in corporate and property law. Mr. Biobaku is widely respected for his professional integrity, analytical acumen, and commitment to excellence in legal practice.
